WHY GEORGE?
FlySafair’s decision to reintroduce George to its Lanseria flight schedule is quite an interesting one.
The airline looks to be tapping into the growing number of passengers now travelling between Johannesburg and George.
George certainly seems to have the potential for more scheduled flight services to Johannesburg—and more specifically, to Lanseria Airport.
Lanseria’s proximity to Johannesburg’s northern suburbs and Sandton’s central business district make this airport a convenient one for passengers flying in from George to Johannesburg – for work or to visit family and friends.
FlySafair also operates scheduled flights between Johannesburg’s primary airport hub – O.R. Tambo International Airport – and George.
