SIMUNYE THE SPIRIT OF AFRICA

Audiences embark on a journey of tribulation, and ultimately of victory, during this locally produced show with an interesting storyline.

The story follows Bomani, the brother of Chief Ekanjo, cast out from the Kimba tribe, as he wanders the African hinterland in search of home, accompanied by his loyal elephant friend, Ndlovu.

Presented by the Victoria Falls Theatre Company, the production combines stunning visuals, music, puppetry, and dance.

Directed by acclaimed handspring puppeteer, Mongiwekhaya, the show showcases local professional artists in an intimate setting.
