Kenya Airways will introduce a number of seasonal services for the traditional end-of-year peak.

The Nairobi-based airline will operate more flights to several destinations to accommodate higher passenger demand.
Tourism Update reports that Kenya’s national airline will add both regional and intercontinental flights from its Nairobi hub.

REGIONAL SERVICES :
MAURITIUS
From October 27, Kenya Airways offers an additional flight from Nairobi to Mauritius.
This route is operated daily with Embraer E190 aircraft, seating 96 passengers or a Boeing 787-800 seating up to 145 passengers in two classes.
Two flights will be offered on Saturdays.
COMORES
Tourism Update reports that Kenyan will operate flights to Moroni in the Comores.
Effective October 28, there will be four flights a week – on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
However, the airline’s booking portal does not show these services.
ZANZIBAR
Starting October 28, Kenya Airways operates an additional night flight from Nairobi to Zanzibar.
It now offers three flights a day on this route. Flights are operated with an Embraer E190 aircraft, seating 96 passengers in Business and Economy.
KIGALI
From November 1, Kenya’s national carrier will offer one additional flight between Nairobi and Kigali per week.
It currently offers three to four flights a day, depending on the day. Flights are operated with an Embraer E190 aircraft, seating 96 passengers in two classes.
The extra service will operate on Fridays. The added frequency will take the total number of Kenya Airways flights to Kigali to 25 flights a week.
INTERCONTINENTAL SERVICES:
NEW YORK
For the period from December 5 to January 4, Kenya Airways will offer more frequencies between Nairobi and New York.
There will be two additional weekly flights between Nairobi and New York. These flights will operate on Thursdays and Saturdays.
The carrier currently offers daily flights to JFK using a Boeing 787 aircraft.
