More jobs in 2025: Emirates goes on major recruitment drive

The Emirates Group has launched a global recruitment drive to hire over 17,300 professionals this financial year (2025).

EMIRATES GROUP’S 2025 RECRUITMENT DRIVE

The Emirates Group will be hosting more than 2,100 open days and other talent acquisition events in 150 cities across the world.

This global talent drive underscores Emirates (EK), the world’s largest international airline, and ground services provider dnata’s ambition to sustain growth and innovation.

Recruitment will span across 350 different roles, with thousands of new hires sought for Emirates and dnata’s worldwide operations.

In addition, Dubai will host targeted events to attract UAE national students and graduates, strengthening the group’s local talent pool.

The Emirates Group has recruited more than 41,000 workers since 2022, growing its workforce to 121, 000 employees.

Emirates will recruit pilots, IT professionals, engineers, and talent for cabin crew roles.

The campaign will include worldwide events, from open days for pilots, engineers, and IT specialists, to dedicated cabin crew hiring.
