Turkey’s national carrier, Turkish Airlines will provide free wifi to all passengers on its flights by the end of next year.

The airline says it will provide all passengers on its services with free unlimited wifi connectivity.
This is expected to be available by the end of 2025.
IFC TECHNOLOGY
To achieve this, Turkish will refit its current fleet with the latest inflight connectivity (IFC) technology.
The airline says it will also equip new aircraft with the most efficient IFC technologies available.
With a full fleet rollout, the carrier says it intends to meet passenger expectations concerning digital technology while flying.
TURKISH AIRLINES SEEKS SERVICE PROVIDER
Turkish Airlines is willing to work with any supplier that can assist in rolling out this service.
The carrier said it was in negotiations with both domestic and foreign vendors that can provide the IFC solutions for its entire fleet.
Turkey’s national airline has pledged support for Turkish companies that are able to provide the services it requires.

SIGNING MOU WITH TURKISH SUPPLIERS
Turkish Airlines has set the wheel in motion by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TCI Aircraft Interiors and Turksat.
TCI Aircraft Interiors is a certified aviation products provider and Turksat is a regional leader in satellite technologies.
Turkish says that the MoU stands to become a binding final agreement once feasibility studies have been completed.

FREE WIFI ON TURKISH AIRLINES
Passengers taking flights with Turkish can thus look forward to staying connected while aloft.
Some airlines currently offer wifi to all passengers but not unlimited wifi connectivity.
Other airlines might also offer wifi but only to passengers in specific classes.
