Since doubling its fleet by acquiring three additional aircraft, Air Botswana has now confirmed its new flights and routes.
Air Botswana’s new flight schedule will include several new services as well as the reinstatement of some previously operated flights and routes.
AIR BOTSWANA FLIGHTS AND ROUTES
The airline’s latest route expansion will help to connect Botswana’s prime tourist destinations with those in surrounding countries.
Ultimately, these new services will enhance tourist flows in the region.
“These new additions are popular destinations for business and tourism, and we are excited to offer convenient air travel between the cities for the advancement of economic activities in all the countries, particularly Botswana.” Air Botswana’s CEO Lulu Rasebotsa said.

REINSTATED FLIGHT ROUTES
Into South Africa
Johannesburg – Maun (from 1 September)
This route will be operated 5 times a week, except on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Johannesburg – Kasane (from 1 September)
This route will be operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Johannesburg – Francistown (from 15 September)
This route will be offered on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
NEW FLIGHT ROUTES
Air Botswana will progressively introduce new services to destinations in South Africa and Namibia, from October and November.
Into South Africa
Durban – Gaborone (from 1 October)
This route will be offered on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Cape Town – Maun (from 1 November)
This route will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Cape Town – Kasane (from 1 November)
This route will be operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Into Namibia
Windhoek – Gaborone (from 1 October)
This route will be offered on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Windhoek – Maun (from 1 November)
This route will be operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
