Etihad Airways is looking for new cabin crew staff, with recruitment roadshows scheduled for several cities this month.
Due to major expansion plans, Etihad Airways is on the lookout for around 1000 new cabin crew.
ETIHAD’S EXPANSION
The airline plans to recruit nearly 1 000 cabin crew staff by the end of 2024.
This comes after already hiring a similar number of cabin crew this year, while the airline continues to grow its network.
Etihad’s cabin crew is made up of individuals from 112 countries.
These employees are all based in Abu Dhabi but travel to many destinations across the globe on the airline’s daily flights.
CABIN CREW
The job attracts many individuals, both male and female, young and old.
Cabin Crew may work long hours while serving people from all walks of life on flights.
They also have to spend long periods away from their own families and homes, while serving others.

SAFETY AND SERVICE
Cabin Crew must commit to providing safety and customer service to passengers.
Moreover, they must always be ready to act during any crisis or emergency that presents itself while on duty.
CABIN CREW RECRUITMENT
The Abu Dhabi-based airline will host open days and invitation days from June to the end of the year in several cities including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Athens, Antalya, Malaga and Manchester.
Recruitment days will also be held in Copenhagen, Vienna, Singapore, Nice, Dublin, Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Milan, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Colombo and Jaipur.

ETIHAD AIRWAYS CABIN CREW REQUIREMENTS
The Nationalnews reports that candidates must meet several requirements including :
- Applicants should be at least 21 years old,
- Have excellent English language skills,
- Be in possession of a high school certificate or any higher education qualification,
- Previous experience is not essential as successful candidates will be trained at Etihad Aviation Training’s Zayed Campus,
In addition to an attractive salary, the airline provides fully furnished accommodation, medical insurance and other allowances for cabin crew.
