KUMUSHA COFFEE ON FASTJET ZIMBABWE FLIGHTS

Kumusha Coffee is curated by a Zimbabwean award-winning sommelier and delivers a unique blend that is a favourite of many coffee drinkers.

The initiative enhances sustainability for the airline as it boosts Zimbabwe’s economy through supporting local agriculture. It also showcases locally produced coffee on the airline’ flights.

“We are always exploring innovative ways to better serve our customers, and the introduction of Kumusha Coffee on our regional flights is one of the ways to enhance our in-flight experience, commented Nunurai Ndawana, fastjet Zimbabwe spokesperson.

Tinashe Nyamudoko, Founder and Head Sommelier of Kumusha Coffee, said, “Kumusha Coffee is a taste of Zimbabwe with each sip delivering moments of pleasure and connection”.

A TASTE OF ZIMBABWE

Kumusha is a word that translates to “home or homeland” in Shona, a local language.

Passengers travelling with Fastjet Zimbabwe thus get to enjoy the taste of Zimbabwe on the airline’s flights.

“This festive season, we are delighted to welcome customers flying home with an aromatic blend of Kumusha Coffee. The flight home starts with a cup of Kumusha Coffee on board our fastjet flights”, Ndawana said.

“We are delighted to share Kumusha Coffee with fastjet passengers, delivering a rich, satisfying coffee experience during flight”, remarked Nyamudoka.

Fastjet currently operates flights to six destinations, namely, Bulawayo, Harare, Victoria Falls, Lusaka, Johannesburg and Kruger Mpumalanga.

The airline operates a fleet of Embraer ERJ 145 aircraft to serve its regional and domestic network.
