Air Peace was founded a decade ago, by Nigerian lawyer and businessman, Allen Onyema.

AIR PEACE: 10 YEARS OLD

Onyema says the airline was launched with the intention of being a lever to create economic opportunities for Nigerian youth.

The privately owned airline has grown significantly in terms of its fleet and route network.

It also provides employment opportunities for many individuals both in Nigeria and outside of the country’s borders.

AIR PEACE FLEET

The airline began operations with Dornier 328 and Boeing 737 aircraft.

Initially, Air Peace only operated domestic flights within Nigeria.

Air Peace now operates a fleet comprised of Embraer and Boeing aircraft. These include Boeing 737-300s and 737-500s.

Air Peace also has several Boeing 777 aircraft. It now also operates a number of Embraer’s regional jets, including ERJ-145s and E195-E2s.
