Cameroon’s flag carrier Camair-Co will increase its services on various regional flight routes.

These additions will enhance both the movement of passengers and cargo between destinations in Central and West Africa.
ADDITIONAL CAMAIR-CO FLIGHTS ON KEY ROUTES
Starting Sunday 4 May, the Doula-based airline will be increasing the frequencies of its flights on various routes.
Services between Douala (Cameroon) and Cotonou (Benin) will increase from four to five weekly flights.
And, services between Douala, Brazzaville (Republic of the Congo) and Pointe Noire (also in the Republic of the Congo) will increase.
These will increase from three to four flights a week.
The routes will be serviced using a Boeing 737-700 aircraft.
INCREASING CONNECTIVITY AT COTONOU
This addition to the Camair’s flight schedule has benefits for passenger and cargo movements in the region.
Due to these additional frequencies, Cotonou will thus have improved air connectivity.
This is because it will be connected via Douala in both directions twice a week to Brazzaville and Point Noire.
Cameroon Airlines Corporation, trading as Camair-Co, is an airline from Cameroon, serving as the flag carrier of the country, a role which was previously filled by the now-defunct Cameroon Airlines.
Camair-Co launched services in 2011. Its inaugural flight from Doula to Paris via Yaoundé took place on 28 March.
